First, I want to apologize for being away for a while. Life sometimes pulls us in different directions, and I had to take a little time away from The Bull’s Take. But I’m happy to say that I’m back!

And what better way to return than with some music, K-pop, and a little Thai culture?

As a fan of K-pop, I was already excited when I heard that LISA of BLACKPINK was coming out with new solo music. But this release caught my attention for another reason: her connection to Thailand and her roots.

Over the past few years, I’ve developed a growing appreciation for Thai culture, largely through watching Thai dramas and the GL industry. Because of that, seeing an artist as globally recognized as LISA embrace and showcase elements of her own culture made me even more excited to see what she had created.

And, as always, LISA delivers.

One of her biggest strengths has always been her presence as a rapper, and she brings that confidence here once again. Her flow, attitude, and energy immediately stand out, while the song itself is incredibly catchy. It’s the kind of track that gets stuck in your head after only a few listens.

But what really impressed me was the visual presentation of the music video.

The video feels like more than something designed simply to accompany the song. The imagery, styling, production, and cultural influences give the entire project an identity. LISA has always been an artist with incredible visual presence, but seeing that combined with a celebration of her Thai heritage makes this release feel especially meaningful.

There’s also something I appreciate about seeing someone who became a global superstar through K-pop reconnect with where she came from. LISA has built an enormous international career, but here, her Thai identity isn’t sitting quietly in the background—it becomes part of the experience.

For me, that made the release even more enjoyable.

I originally came into it as a K-pop fan excited to hear new music from LISA. I walked away appreciating not only another catchy track and impressive performance, but also the culture and identity she chose to bring along with it.

LISA knows how to command attention, and this time she does it while reminding the world exactly where she comes from.

Catchy song. Killer rap. Incredible visuals. And most importantly, a celebration of roots and identity that makes this release stand out.

SO ENJOY !
